Layne Publications Terms and Conditions
Agreement
By downloading the video lessons and other digital media
(Hereafter referred to as "digital media") produced by Jordan
Layne Bourland and/or Layne Publications (Hereafter referred to
as "Layne Publications"), you are agreeing to the following terms
and conditions:
Ownership:You agree that by purchasing the digital media
and downloading it, that you are only purchasing a license to use
the digital media for your own personal use and that Layne
Publications retains full ownership of the digital media you have
purchased the license to use.
Copying and Sharing:You agree that by purchasing the
digital media and downloading it, that you will not copy the
digital media in any format for any reason without express
written permission from Layne Publications. You further agree
that you will not make any copies of the digital media for the
purpose of selling to, or sharing with, others; nor will you
allow any other person make any copies of the digital media for
the purpose of selling to, or sharing with, others. You also
agree that you will not do any thing with the digital media that
would violate any copyright laws that the digital media would be
covered by.
